The popularity of Ashura’s lasting secret

Hojatoleslam and Muslim Ali Shafiei, head of the department and a member of the Faculty of Applied Jurisprudence of the Institute of Islamic Civilization, said in an editorial published in the East newspaper on Sunday, September 21,:
The persistence of the bitter Ashura event has had many causes throughout history, the only way to survive is to pay attention to the continuation of those causes. Causes such as: being popular, being clear, having gravity, being understandable, and all that can be explained by the role of the pure and pure personality of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and his companions Its morality, on the other hand, reminds us that the Manai have ensured this bitter event to this day. Two important points in terms of its relevance should not be overlooked, however, that they have long been challenged.
Ashura as a popular affair
Ashura should be seen beyond institutions and should not be tied to any entity. Although Ashura has both benefited and benefited from the two-way relationship with the clerical body, tying them to each other is a gross error that is being fueled by some.

Ashura has gone through all the rocks and sometimes dams like clear water through all the ascents, descents, peaks and hills, and has reached to this day and should continue to do so. The Muslims, whether Shiites or Sunnis, whether in Iran or Iraq, in India or in Pakistan, etc., regarded Ashura as their duty to protect it and to pass it on to subsequent generations.
But what is happening is an attempt by some to institutionalize Ashura. Ashura was a movement and it must remain a movement. In the last three decades, at least in our country, the experience of institutionalizing Ashura and trying to manage it has been largely followed by the production and proliferation of special purpose readings to guide Ashura to specific strains - all of which except for damage. They had no other choice for Ashura - we can say.
The concern of some Shi'ite authorities for the abnormal development of institutions such as the Trinity readers and their conversion to the traditional clerical institution that took place at this particular juncture should not be taken lightly.

What should be seriously reminded is that the entry of some government institutions that have actually led to the diminishing role of the people in this event will not only benefit Ashura in the long run, but will inevitably cause numerous damages.

I think even the entry of amphibious (public-state) institutions, such as municipalities, is no exception, but will play a destructive role in the long run. People should feel like Hussein (as) in the past, and Ashura must keep everyone alive and morally obliged.
In the meantime, the dangerous role of promoting and promoting a particular form of Ashura recitation and Muharram's obsession with the mass media and so on should not be ignored as if it were their desire to establish a reading and a glance and an interpretation of Ashura, believing it to be the only and only reading. The preferred format of the Ashura Creator is that they think ignorance of the plurality of readings and commentaries has been an important factor in Ashura's survival.
